- 3 / 5By Tim Wise JrCoffee was good. Customer service was horrible. We stood in line for almost 5 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge us. The two baristas just walked around doing other things. When we were finally served the barista didn't smile or talk to us, even when we tried conversing with her. Apparent this is the norm as the three customers after us got the same treatment. We will be visiting other Starbucks from now on.November 13, 2016
