  Horrible experience. Me and my colleague went in to get some good slaps but it that didn't happen. We went in and placed our order, Madison(the carry-out lady) didn't even take our name or number but told us it was gonna be ready in 11 minutes. That's pretty quick not gonna lie. We were leaving the establishment to go wait for our food when behind us some waitress dropped a few plates of food(not good, the customer had to wait an extra 11 minutes for their food). We came back 16 minutes later and waited by the carry-out station and Madison aka Melissa looked at us at least 7 times just ignoring us. Her co worker came out with 7 cups yelling at the other waitresses to put the trays back and then proceeded to tell my colleague to "be a good patron and help me out". We finally got Mary's attention and I gave her my gift card and then my coupon for 5$ of a purchase of 25$ or more. Madeleine swiped the gift card first and then it was too late to use the coupon. Mallory couldn't even get the manager's card to reverse the transaction and we ended up paying 11$ for slaps instead of 6$. We were heated because our food had been ready for 14 minutes now and weren't as slappity as they would be if they were "fresh out the pressure cooker" as they say now a days. After I was eating my Mac and Cheese, I choked on it for a good 12 seconds before spitting it out and then it didn't not sit well afterwards. We will be coming back for some good slaps and to see Makayla-OJ BOYS

  Once again disapointed, ordered a med rare steak, came out well done...asked waitress to have another steak..2nd steak looked like a wet sponge with no grill marks the meat looked old with a tan color interior...sent that back...3rd steak was much better quality but looked to be cooked on low...im no professional but if i could i would have cooked it myself. Staff was friendly but food was weak. Not recommended
