We were seated at 9:40 and that's only because we demanded to be sat, it would have taken probably another 10-15 minutes before they would have taken us to the table. We didn't get food until after 10:10. However the manager, walked by our table several times, walked by us in the waiting area several times and even stood at the hostess table while I was asking about our table, did not apologize once for the delay, didn't even acknowledge that they were behind schedule or anything. Once we were seated our waitress was the most helpful waitress/staff member we had, she was really trying to get things moving for us, but that's only one staff out of the 20 some that we saw. At once point I saw 5 staff members standing around, doing nothing yet we still didn't have any food on the table. It was a NYE special they were having, so it was a minimized menu. I would not recommend Copper to anyone, it was EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL with POOR MANAGEMENT!October 15, 2016
